At the company, I took full responsibility for all Web3 products and their seamless integration with traditional banking services. I designed a new product from the ground up — a non-custodial crypto card app that quickly achieved strong early adoption. I am also leading a redesign of our core crypto product (on-ramp/off-ramp widget), which has already driven significant improvements in both conversion and retention. These outcomes were the result of in-depth user research that uncovered key pain points, which we are now addressing as a team.
