I have over 15 years of advising on the broadest range of antitrust and related issues - regulatory and transactional – as well as securing merger control, foreign investment and other regulatory clearances for transactions in various industries around the world. I have advised clients across the globe on market-leading transactions and their day-to-day businesses across a wide spectrum of sectors, including energy and natural resources, healthcare, FMCG, technology and e-commerce, financial services, chemicals, industrials, utilities and infrastructure. My past experience also includes advising clients on a range of corporate/M&A and commercial issues, which adds to the expertise in advising on transaction and business (re)structuring from a competition or regulatory perspective. I am also the Head of the Linklaters Antitrust and Foreign Investment Practice for Russia & CIS with extensive experience in navigating exits of foreign businesses from Russia and Russian countersanctions.
