Leading Employer Branding at three market-leading food delivery businesses of Delivery Hero (across 17 markets): foodora in Europe, Yemeksepeti in Turkey and foodpanda in Asia.Employer Branding Development• Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to create a comprehensive EB strategy that reflects Delivery Hero’s organizational goals and values & adapt it to DH local brands: foodpanda, foodora and yemeksepeti. • Developing and communicating compelling messaging that highlights culture, employer value proposition (EVP), and values to attract and retain top talent.• Optimizing and managing digital presence across platforms, including social media and career pages, to amplify our employer brand globally.• Working closely with TA, Communications & Marketing teams to build Branding/Marketing materials and leverage appropriate platforms.Campaigns and Events• Lead the planning and execution of both online and offline employer branding campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and attract top talent.• Spearheading the organization of key events such as ask-me-anything sessions, fireside chats, networking events, webinars, and workshops that promote Delivery Hero’s employer brand.• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create engaging event content that showcases Delivery Hero’s culture, values, and career opportunities.• Partnering with Marketing and PR teams to effectively promote events across multiple channels, ensuring maximum reach and brand visibility.• Managing event budgets and ensure the delivery of impactful, cost-efficient experiences with measurable ROI.Community Building and Development• Building and fostering an internal and external EB community within Delivery Hero and across markets to support branding efforts.• Developing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and cultivate a vibrant employer brand community.
