Additionally, in my work as a certified psilocybin facilitator, I explore the potential impact of psilocybin on holistic wellness, particularly its influence on menstrual cycles. Prior to my work in the world of nature-based healing, I have over 16 years experience orchestrating events for renowned brands and global non-profits, my dedication extends to community-focused initiatives, such as Fearless Beauty, Swing Left and International Charter School, where I held board or advisory seats for multiple years. Originally from Boulder, CO, I find inspiration on our family farm in Oregon, while calling Brooklyn home alongside my two incredible kids.
