RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensuring a smooth operation and effectiveness of the logistics oil joint venture in Brazil.• Supporting on a day-to-day basis all vessels’ operational matters and communicating with the Brazilian business partners for vessels operations.• Liaising with brokers, counterparties, owners, and charterers with regards to operational matters on ships (contracts, invoicing, payments, etc.).• Coordinating with the relevant people in finance, legal and operations teams in Navig8.• Working with management to assess new business development opportunities (market analysis, feasibility studies, financial modelling, producing presentations etc.).• Supporting the development of new businesses/projects (project management, documentary support, budgeting, tracking progress).KEY ACHIEVEMENTS• Reestablishment of the documentation, invoicing, and payment control process.• Active participation in the implementation of the new operational system.• Implementation of the survey to assess customers’ satisfaction (ongoing).CLIENTSTotalEnergies, Equinor, Shell, Repsol, Galp, BP, Trafigura, Vitol, Petronas, Prio, PetroChina, CNOOC, Karoon, BW Energy, and Unipec
