   Responsibilities• Architect and implement foundational platforms enabling service-oriented design within Atlas.• Redesign and restructure internal code repositories to support modular service development.• Partner with engineering teams to understand their systems and consult on migration paths to the new architecture.• Collaborate closely with senior engineering leadership (Senior Staff Engineers and above) to align platform evolution with long-term organizational goals.• Provide mentorship and career guidance to engineers across the organization, including former direct reports and engineers from across the organization.Key Contributions• Building core building blocks that enable engineers across MongoDB to develop and deploy services on the new platform.• Reshaping the Atlas internal codebase to support modularization and service boundaries.• Acting as a trusted partner and consultant for multiple product teams, accelerating their adoption of the new platform and helping navigate architectural transitions.• Supporting the growth of engineers through mentorship on career development, goal-setting, and performance improvement.
