I’m a registered nurse with 16+ years of experience across high-acuity and deeply human settings, including 7 years in oncology, 4 years in emergency nursing, 3 years in step-down care, and 1–2 years in hospice case management. My career has been built on calm execution under pressure, strong clinical judgment, and consistent follow-through for patients and families navigating serious illness.In oncology and step-down, I developed a sharp eye for early deterioration, symptom control, and complex care coordination. In the ED, I strengthened rapid assessment, prioritization, and decisive interventions.
