I’m a healthcare executive with nearly two decades of experience leading teams, improving systems, and driving results in complex, high-stakes environments.Currently, I serve as Vice President of Emergency Services at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where I oversee strategic operations for one of the country’s busiest and most advanced pediatric emergency departments. I’m passionate about creating environments where clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compassion intersect—especially when every second matters.Before this, I led Emergency and Behavioral Health Services at Riverside Methodist Hospital, one of Ohio’s largest adult hospitals. There, I was responsible for high-acuity emergency care and inpatient psychiatric services, achieving improvements in throughput, cost reduction, and leadership diversity. I also helped implement AI-driven tools to optimize hospital capacity and reduce length of stay systemwide.Since entering healthcare in 2008, I’ve worked across multiple care settings and have built a reputation as a people-first, outcomes-driven leader. I believe the best solutions are born from collaboration, clear data, and the courage to act decisively—even when the path is uncomfortable. I bring that same mindset to my current role and to every table where I’m invited to lead or serve.In addition to hospital operations, I’m actively engaged in advancing mental health and organ donation awareness.
