   I lead all aspects of institutional fundraising at Plana, a nonprofit committed to supporting women facing unplanned pregnancies through dignified, trauma-informed care. My work includes developing grant proposals, logic models, and strategic frameworks that reflect the depth of our mission and the needs of the communities we serve. I collaborate closely with program staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to align funder interests with organizational priorities. Since joining Plana, I’ve introduced streamlined grant readiness systems, helped refine our case for support, and led the submission of multi-sector grant proposals across healthcare, housing, and human services. I also represent the organization in funder meetings, community events, and partner conversations to build strong, mission-aligned relationships.
