Responsible for general oversight and management of the Chamber\'s finances. Serve as the primary staff liaison to the Board of Directors and volunteer committees of the Chamber. Lead the strategic planning process and develop an annual work plan to achieve targeted goals. Attend Bar Harbor Town Council meetings to foster a positive relationship between the Town of Bar Harbor, the Chamber, and the business community. Recruitment of new members and retention of current members to grow the Bar Harbor Chamber\'s membership base. Oversee the maintenance of the membership database (ChamberMaster), website, and Visit Bar Harbor app. Analyze national chamber trends and implement best practices within the organization.
