Owns full lifecycle of learning design and manages a team of 4 Instructional Designers and 2 Program Managers, including 2 contractors (i.e, Graphic Designer and Learning Operations Coordinator). Create and provide web-based training (WBT) on Engineering and Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations topics in support of R&D. Conducted learning needs analysis for 3 global business user groups (70 EE/250 EE/600 EE), with outcomes directed at decreasing new hire onboarding time and shifting mindset. Developed and deployed a content strategy including: 1) course series for foundational and advanced skills, 2) new hire information portal, and 3)(in development) role and skill-based certifications for entry to mid level employees. Achieved high customer satisfaction resulting in additional committed work- Developed learning pathways for a critical job role, building a four level certification program. Worked cross-functionally to align leaders across multiple Business Units to use the same curriculum- Drove proliferation of a microlearning, topic-based video channel, resulting in 15 teams contributing to the content to date, and average of 200 visitors monthly- Created and upskilled team on instructional design process improvements including: BKMs for volunteer facilitators, designing for in-person instruction, leveraging case studies and more, resulting in 3 new offerings- Contributor in cross-functional Talent & Productivity working group to analyze dissatisfaction for critical job family (Process Engineer). Collaborated with HR to define the data request and analyze need. Developed strategies to address dissatisfaction including: career panels, career website, interviews with early career employees, and role and skill certifications.
