As a member of the Homecoming Parade Committee, I help plan and execute one of Mizzou’s most iconic traditions, attended by over people each year. In my role, I’m responsible for overseeing safety logistics, including direct coordination with the Columbia Police Department and other key stakeholders to ensure a secure and successful event. I also assist with float registration, lineup coordination, and communication with student organizations and community partners—strengthening my skills in event planning, crisis management, and community engagement.
