My responsibilities span across marketing, contract management, client relations, and database management, allowing agents to focus on core business activities.• Marketing and Research-Conduct comprehensive market research, including property comparisons and tenant analyses-Create demographic maps, aerials, and target area reports using Regis for BOVs and Offering Packages-Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including direct mailings, e-blasts, and property listings across multiple platforms (Company website, LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi)-Coordinate production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, executive summaries, and press releases.• Contract and Transaction Management-Oversee the creation and management of Listing Agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements-Monitor critical dates, coordinate property tours, and manage communication with stakeholders-Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely progression of all listings and contracts-Process commission demand letters and payments using Frankie system• Database and Information Management-Manage client/deal folders and maintain up-to-date contact and property databases-Track website registrations and maintain pipeline reports and tracking spreadsheets• Project Management-Lead and contribute to special projects, demonstrating adaptability and initiative-Collaborate with legal team on complex issues such as past due commission demand lettersThis role has honed my skills in real estate marketing, contract management, and client relations while allowing me to contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of our brokerage team.
