Led the development and integration of queue and wait-time metrics into the retail dashboard used by 3k+ organizations, spanning architecture design, firmware, backend development, and end-to-end testing.• Worked on a stranger detection feature that applies clustering and quality filtering algorithms to face detections and utilizes an in-memory LRU cache with frequency-based eviction policy to store face data and identify unfamiliar individuals.• Improved and maintained an alert system for the CV & Events team by replacing the notification delivery component with a reliable microservice, building a CDC-based data access engine to reduce cross-service dependencies, and migrating event pipelines from Kafka to HTTP—reducing p99 latency from 26s to 9s.• Developed a pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera feature that moves the PTZ camera to a preset location upon receiving contextual trigger events from other cameras via Redis Pub/Sub.
