Seeking to improve clients\' understanding of contractual relationships with the Federal Government. With a common sense approach, I support companies wishing to become or remain industry partners with the federal government via procurement actions in non-exclusive relationships. Recent successes include my support for multi-billion dollar awards for two clients; one for commercial satellite services, awarded by GSA in partnership with the DOD; the other, Global Systems Management-Operations for the Defense Information Systems Agency. I assist clients in all phases of federal procurement, from pre-RFP, RFP, Proposal preparation and Q&A durinig evaluation, through contract award and implementation. I also provide training to companies interested in better understanding the federal procurement process pre-solicitation and during source selection. Prior to retiring from the Defense Information Systems Agency, served as their Senior Procurement Executive, Head of the Contracting Activity, and Source Selection Authorithy.
