About Evelyn Boland
Anchors Aweigh! With over 10 years of experience as a project manager and a Naval Officer, I joined Bryson as a Client Success Associate to align and facilitate business development initiatives towards our company\'s strategic goals. I have a BBA degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, proud to be a California Cornhusker. Although my formal education was landlocked in Nebraska, my most valuable learning experiences were on the high seas, leading sailors, driving warships, and operating weapon systems off the coasts of hostile and/or contested environments. I\'m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to live overseas and serve alongside partner nations and fellow patriots. Most recently, I was promoted to Lieutenant Commander (O4.) My proudest moments include the recognition of my rockstar Petty Officers and multiple deployments (forward deployed and traditional) with Officers I am humbled to call my mentors, colleagues, and friends. I leverage my previous operational experience in administration, organization, and coordination to identify, create, and validate business development processes on behalf of the Bryson BD team, while also supporting various endeavors as a project manager and resource. I excel at delivering training, directing actions, and navigating ambiguous environments. I am inspired by the principles of challenge-driven leadership and \"The Man in the Arena\" speech by Theodore Roosevelt. I enjoy spending time with my chihuahua mix rescue dog, Diego, when I\'m not working on the Bryson WOW.
