The Pastoral Ministry is a supportive ministry that assists in the healing of the whole person; physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. The Pastoral Care Coordinator provides spiritual and emotional support through prayer, compassionate counsel, ethical guidance, community connection, and opportunities for spiritual growth. This position provides a quality of presence to all at Pennybyrn, but particularly those that are most in need of skilled nursing and experiencing grief or sickness in other parts of the community. This positions presence is provided to residents, families, employees, and the Health Center family.
