I keep my head and standards high when dealing with the press and proudly navigated a business through a regulatory investigation. I have acted as counsel during Tribunals, M&A, litigation and corporate governance issues. In addition, I bring exceptional emotional intelligence in navigating sensitive and distressing challenges, including major health & safety incidents and workplace fatalities, acting as a point of contact and supporting families/loved ones.Throughout the years, I have been recognised for my performance. I currently sit as a Member of a number of Executive Boards and Committees. I have also been actively headhunted to participate as an Advisory Board Member for the WPL and part of the Judging Panel for the Lawyer Awards and Women in Law Awards. Additionally, I am exceedingly proud of co-chairing the internal Black Network as a safe space for collaboration, ideation, and community.In my free time, I am an active Member and Board Trustee of Air Ambulance (Kent, Surrey & Sussex) and I act as a mentor for MDS Mentoring Programme which works with charities in Africa and Caribbean to support future black female future leaders and entrepreneurs. In the past, I have also provided pro bono support to Camden Community Law on housing and benefits advice for local residents.
