ABOUT EVELYN LADRON DE GUEVARA

Impassioned Career Development Practitioner with a hope centered approach in guiding new comers to Canada on their employment journeys. Connecting with clients on a personal level and helping them to realize their strengths and succeses rather than focusing on their barriers. Every immigrant client I meet teaches me something about myself and about the world we live in I am excited about this new position with the Job Success Program here at ISSofBC and look forward to the opportunity to reach out to groups of people as they embark on their new lives here in Canada. Every day I ask myself how can I make an impact on peoples lives? This is my goal, to empower, guide and provide hope to those who feel they have lost everything. I have 20+ years in the customer service field in varied industries including Restaurant and Hospitality,logistics, Aesthetics in a supervisory role and Healthcare in a management role. I have owned and operated several small businesses and have taught ESL.
