ABOUT EVELYN HOPKINS

Evelyn Torres Hopkins is Senior Corporate Counsel for Florida Crystals Corporation, her law practice involves GDPR and Record Retention compliance programs, Contracts, Marketing, Advertisement, Sweepstakes, FTC compliance, Social Media and Internet, Product Labeling, FDA Compliance, New Product Development, as well as, Privacy and Cyber compliance, Transportation, HR, and eRetention issues corporate policy writing and political compliance. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and Washington D.C.Prior to becoming Corporate Counsel, she was litigation counsel where she handled nationwide litigation, mediation, arbitration and world-wide ediscovery issues. Evelyn is Chair and Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and Governing Board Member of Tenet\'s Good Samaritan Medical Center. She is passionate about education and serves as pro bono Counsel to two Title 1 Charter Schools. She dedicates time to mentoring high school students.
