Consultant Product Experience
Sep 2024 — Present · US
As a consultant to CNA, I led the product, design, and development teams through a company-wide website redesign that aligned business objectives with modern user experience and scalable architecture. I partnered closely with senior stakeholders, engineers, and content leads to transform CNA.com into a more intuitive, modular, and data-informed platform.• Directed the full website creation and launch for Cardinal E&S, leading discovery, information architecture, UI, UX design, and developer handoff through to launch. Defined priorities, optimized workflows, and implemented a shared design system that reduced dev cycles and improved content scalability.• Spearheaded CNA’s strategic website redesign, partnering with internal stakeholders and developers to unify fragmented content, improve navigation clarity, and build a flexible modular system for future growth.• Established repeatable product and engineering processes: sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA protocols, and design-to-dev documentation that improved collaboration and delivery speed across teams.• Multidisciplinary team of designers and developers, fostering a transparent, iterative culture focused on outcomes, not output.• Oversaw quality assurance and post-launch optimization grounded in analytics and user feedback. Results to date: • Delivered two enterprise websites on time and on budget• Increased dev efficiency through modular, reusable components• Strengthened team velocity and cross-department communication
