Managing PO execution process on a global level to ensure on time deliver- Issuing out Vendor requests for both sourcing and production PLM- Processing invoices for vendor through SAP Concur - Work closely with logistic during pre-booking process to ensure proper lead time, ship method and destination is achieved - Execute purchase orders, PO placements and order confirmation, ensure data and sales order accuracy, pricing, ship mode and provide accurate information to the entire organization - Manage relationships with global factories to address questions/concerns to proactively identify and solve future delays, manufacturing issues, quality errors etc- Manage all PO and vendor communication both internally and externally through PO platforms- Conduct necessary ICD (In consolidator date) date negotiations- Review and track pre-production samples through collaboration with sourcing and product to ensure the product is produced to the desired specification
