Negotiated hundreds of commercial agreements, including enterprise-wide platforms, HW, and SaaS agreements, fulfillment, IP, and professional services, as well as marketing partnerships, campaigns, and digital commerce (e.g, brand extensions, market activations, social media, talent/influencer partnerships).Also, advised and support leadership across Macy’s, Bloomingdales, and 50+ affiliate companies in identifying legal risks related to business strategies, operational initiatives, and commercial opportunities (e.g, logistics, facilities, events, advertising, promotions).
