ABOUT EVE SINDELAR

As the Regional Manager at PetVet Care Centers, I oversee the market performance, operations, and growth of 22 veterinary hospitals in Northern California, including general practice, large animal, and specialty services. I have more than twenty years, experience in managing multiple locations in the retail, optical and veterinary industries, with a proven track record of increasing sales & EBITDA, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. I am proficient in recruiting, hiring, and executing contracts for DVMs. Also highly skilled in income statement analysis, budget planning, and financial forecasting, as well as employee training, team building, and leadership development. I work with the regional and corporate teams to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency across the market. I also partner with local veterinarians, community organizations, and animal welfare groups to promote PetVet Care Centers as a trusted and compassionate provider of veterinary care. My mission is to support the growth and success of each hospital, while enhancing the health and well-being of the pets and people we serve.
