ABOUT EVE PINSONNAULT
Having dedicated her Master\'s degree on the horizontal violence as experienced by newly trained nurses and on ways to address the issue, Eve Pinsonnault is an expert on problem solving, mentorship programs and emotional intelligence. In 2003, she joined the mentorship pilot project set up by the Montreal Health and Social Services Agency. She\'s a sought-after guest lecturer and the author of many articles on the topic of mentorship programs. As an elected member of the Regional Order of Young Nurses of Montreal, she welcomes the new graduate nurses in the profession. Always willing to share her experience, she founded the Mentor Program \"Share a Coffee Together\".In she received the awarded of The President of the Year and also for The Company of the Year in the province of Québec. Her achievements as an entrepreneur, was also recognized en 2010 when she was nominated at the Entrepreneurship Gala Contest of Quebec, in the Montreal South-West division, for her Entrepreneurial Leadership.Always dedicated to reach the excellence, both as a student and a professional, she was awarded many scholarships and has run a successful business.
