I am a transformational HR executive/chief people officer and operational leader with deep expertise in all aspects of Human Resources and employment and labor law. A licensed attorney, with more than 25 years of experience across many industries, I excel at building and leading exceptional HR teams to deliver an excellent employee experience and increased employee engagement, guiding organizations through complex change, and creative problem solving that supports an organization’s strategic vision. With deep experience across technology, consumer, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors in both unionized and non-unionized environments, I have consistently reduced turnover, lead complex mergers and acquisitions and served as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels. I have designed and implemented compensation and benefits programs that not only meet the business needs but also support our employees financially and on their own personal wellness journeys. I believe engaged employees drive a business forward and I foster a culture that nurtures engagement through ensuring employees understand our objectives and decisions and know their voices are heard, even if the choice is to do something different.
