ABOUT EVE LADDEN TIMBERS MRTPI
I am a proactive and driven Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI Accredited) with significant experience of preparing and managing complex planning applications and legal agreements for major development sites, both in the capacity as a planning consultant and a developer/applicant. I have experience working within both the public and private sectors. As an inquisitive, creative and solution driven individual, I embrace the changes and challenges of the planning system, developing innovative and robust planning and development strategies to deliver positive results quickly and efficiently.My expertise lie in advising, leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams to de-risk and unlock sites, working as the project lead to manage the design and planning process and associated development programme. I also have experience with land acquisition and the technical delivery process.My project experience is primarily residential led and mixed use in nature, incorporating commercial/employment uses and supporting infrastructure. As well as C3 housing, I have significant experience and knowledge of specialist housing projects (eg. Build to Rent, Later Living, PBSA and co-living developments). I also regularly design and build the case for tall buildings.I am also a Planning Aid for London volunteer, actively supporting and empowering communities and individuals who cannot afford professional planning advice to have a say in the future development of London.
