I am a Board level business leader and dual qualified lawyer (both in the UK and New Zealand) with 20 years experience providing counsel, drive and direction in private practice and for a range of corporate clients including the technology, leisure and media sectors. Highly versatile, a true business partner with the ability to guide businesses to achieve strategic aims whilst playing a lead role in driving delivery. Dynamic, multi-skilled Executive with a track record of transformational contributions to international companies. Notable strengths include balancing and navigating commercial risk with operational achievement and proficiency at influencing and reassuring C-suite Executives and Shareholders. Known as an inspirational and deeply involved leader, passionate about performance and who models commitment, excellence and innovation.I have enjoyed a diverse career to date including having a key role in shaping the strategic roll out and delivery of the first consolidated 3G electronic communications network for EE Limited and 3UK, creating significant cost savings and other benefits for the shareholders of the joint venture. Latterly, I was instrumental in redesigning business processes to take advantage of changes in legislation to dramatically reduce the annual rent roll for the shareholders.More recently I have been fortunate to work with a passionate founder in an entrepreneurial setting where I have a leadership role to shape the direction of énergie to scale for growth and achieve exit readiness in terms of people, systems and processes.
