Independent consultant/contractor with strong track record in advocacy, program development, program evaluation, policy analysis, leadership development, grants development and management, training systems for staff, family and service recipients, and successful collaboration across private sector, public sector/governmental agencies, service recipients, providers and families. I have held leadership roles in numerous organizations and have served on state-level advisory committees and work groups related to developmental disabilities, maternal child health and Medicaid. I am a 2012 recipient of the JF & CS Innovation Award, 2012 IAJVS and AJFCA awards, and 2013 graduate of the first Jewish Leadership Institute on Inclusion and Disabilities.
