   At Karobar Franchise Group, I lead HR and people operations for a dynamic multi-unit portfolio of Sky Zone locations across California, New Jersey, and Connecticut. In this newly created role, I’ve built out the People function from the ground up, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, talent development, onboarding, compliance, and performance management across multiple parks.My focus is on creating scalable people strategies that drive operational excellence and employee engagement.
