Emeia Procurement Business Process Specialist @ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions

Working as Business Process Specialist in ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions\' EMEIA Procurement Excellence Team, I am leading complex projects across the division\'s 15 regions and over 80 entities, strengthening processes in line with our strategic goals. Since joining the company, I developed and launched monthly Supplier Scorecards in support of our Strategic Supplier Programme, driving improvements for Quality, Delivery and Cost KPIs. I work closely with our newly acquired businesses to facilitate their alignment to ASSA ABLOY\'s KPIs and processes and ensure correct reporting of suppliers\' performance data with a particular focus on quality, delivery and lead times. In collaboration with colleagues from IT, Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain, I help develop improvements for multiple ERP systems, aligned to Operational Excellence Governance and P2P standards. I act as the EMEIA division\'s key responsible for the external eRFx and eAuction system, investigating opportunities to increase usage and improve user-experience. In support of this, I collaborate closely with our key account managers and develop new templates and internal guidelines for different event types. I have re-designed our department\'s online SharePoint site twice, once on SharePoint 2016 and recently on SharePoint 365, to facilitate easier access to shared reports, presentations and important news. In addition, I manage user access to multiple systems and creating instructional materials to guide colleagues toward applying best practice.
