I have 13+ years of experience in globalization, localization, operations, project/program management, and customer success. Throughout my professional journey, I have learned the following about myself- I am a high achiever with an impeccable track record of strategic problem-solving and tackling complex issues * Restructured department leading to the best translation quality + best negotiated vendor rates * Created, developed, and optimized 20+ processes and programs including a quality program, style guides, terminology, glossaries, etc… - I can successfully lead global teams as well as build relationships cross functionally * I enjoy coaching and motivating others to be the best version of themselves * Results-driven, I believe that empowering others to be successful leads to my success- I am highly adaptable and flexible, thus, a work in progress * I am extremely curious, thirsty for knowledge and constantly educating myself * I thrive in challenge and innovation.Outside of work, I serve as the Event Manager for Women in Localization Texas, an organization committed to creating a global community for the advancement of women and the localization industry. I am also the Austin co-ambassador for LocLunch where I aspire to bring together all the language industry professionals. My passion extends to cultures as well: I am a trained Indian classical dancer (Bharatanatyam) who also teaches Afro dance, and, cook food from all corners of the world.
