I’m a Strategic Program Manager specializing in turning complex, ambiguous initiatives into operating systems that scale.My career has spanned language and storytelling, program leadership, and now AI-enabled system design, a path that shapes how I think about execution across people, product, and business.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve led transformation programs across tech and high-growth environments, including helping drive LinkedIn China’s transition to a B2B-only model and operating $300M-scale initiatives in close partnership with senior executives. My strength is not just program delivery, but system design, building the structures that allow strategy to execute repeatedly and predictably.I design and run executive operating rhythms (OKRs, WBR/QBRs), translate cross-functional ambiguity into clear execution paths, and productize workflows that improve accountability, speed, and decision quality.
