Hi there! I am a recent college graduate eager to enter the full-time workforce. It wasn\'t until this past summer working for the Boston Red Sox where I found my calling in customer service. For a people-person like me, being able to help others resolve issues while knowing I am making a real difference in their lives is everything. The tangible fulfillment of putting a smile on someone else\'s face is what motivates me to provide a remarkable experience. Up to this point professionally, I have held customer service, teaching and sales roles, as well as various leadership positions at a summer recreation program. These unique settings had more in common than you might think, teaching me how to interact with a variety of stakeholders and hold a conversation with just about anyone. Academically-speaking, I graduated Cum Laude from UMass Amherst in 3.5 years with a major in Communication and dual minors in Business and Sociology. The social science and business disciplines form a versatile complement to my professional background in customer service and management. Having a holistic, well-rounded perspective rooted in these overarching areas is undoubtedly my strongest asset.In order to jumpstart my career, I am considering a number of industries from telecom to hospitality to the public sector and everything in between. Being easily trainable, all I\'m really looking for is the chance to put my people skills to use and go the extra mile to support customers. Beyond customer relations, I am also interested in the areas of HR/employee experience, office administration/management and marketing/communications.
