Owned the development of internal products throughout the entire product lifecycle for the Personal Retirement department of a major US bank/wealth manager. Conducted regular workshops with senior client stakeholders at a major US bank/wealth manager to support product development and a transition towards Agile ways of working. Co-led the drafting and publication of three articles on pivotal topics in digital retail banking. Supported business development and practice development efforts at Synpulse Canada to build the Synpulse presence in Canada.
