I met the owner of Carnivale in Chicago and through our work together, I found a passion for the details. I was inspired to look not just at design, but the customer behaviors and perspectives that shape it.Empathy is the key to my success. It’s impossible to solve problems–both physical and digital–without understanding the emotional and psychological responses people have to their tools and environment.I view life as one big experience. Every day I learn, grow, and teach. From spending time with my family to mentoring up-and-coming minds to working directly with clients, there isn’t a time where I’m trying to improve.
