I have extensive experience managing cross-functional resources to enhance engineering activities, promoting agile behaviours, and improving value delivery. I have amassed a detailed and holistic understanding of diverse environments, including SaaS, Desktop, and Mobile products, and have managed delivery on products with over £16M in annual revenue. I can successfully implement best practice principles to achieve ambitious objectives. I have refined Agile practice and mentorship skills with the capacity to evaluate and improve performance, resolve problems using critical thinking and empathetic collaboration, and increase delivery standards.
