prepare cash report on daily basis for top executives to make decision.• Post Accounts Payable invoices and manage A/P outsourcing daily, and perform weekly check run to pay vendors.• Manage daily cash receipts and post payments in the system. • Daily tabulation and issue of shipping invoices to customers.• Prepare Accounts Receivable aging report regularly to update and reconcile with payments.• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations.• Make timely online bill payments and perform online check deposits when needed.• Reimburse employees for work related travel.• Assist with maintenance and reconciliation of a variety of ledgers, reports, and account records.• Assist with monthly accounting close and perform other duties as assigned.
