   5Capital is a placement agent that specializes in raising capital for best-in-class private equity, venture capital and other alternative funds, from institutional investors in the Americas, Europe and rest of the world. We consider ourselves to be a true partner for mid-sized funds providing global fundraising capabilities. We also help larger funds raise capital in target geographies. We are currently working on: 1. North American and European Infrastructure Fund IV 2. North American real estate credit fund, 3. VC Fund of Funds, 4. a global mining fund, and 5. a large secondary debt transaction for a major infrastructure group. We recently announced a final close for a US tech venture fund US PE Real Estate fund Spanish growth private equity fund, a late-stage pre-IPO fund focused on US-based technology unicorns and a European mezzanine fund. We are also sourcing US and European private equity, private credit and real estate funds on behalf of some large European and Asian LPs.
