I’ve never believed entrepreneurship was meant to be safe. But it is a force for good. The best opportunities aren’t sitting in spreadsheets. They’re buried in uncertainty, contradiction, and change. That’s why I’ve often been described as the Indiana Jones of social entrepreneurship. Today, that adventure runs straight through one force: AI. Most organizations don’t have an AI problem. They have a clarity problem. They’re experimenting without direction. Automating without strategy. Moving faster… but not always moving better. I work at the intersection of: AI Marketing & sales systems People-centered business As a Marketing & Sales Professor at Eastern Illinois University and fractional CRO at AiPRL Assist, I don’t just study this shift. I build inside it. In my classes, students use AI to simulate real sales conversations, build marketing systems, and solve real business problems. In organizations, I help teams move from curiosity to execution.    As a business advisor for the Indiana Small Business Development Center and Community Navigator Pilot Program, I help small businesses with COVID relief and recovery efforts in West Central Indiana. I am proud to be part of the team that has already helped bring over $6 Million to struggling Wabash Valley businesses through funding and services. I am also proud to be part of the team that created the Intentional Outreach Network - a Community Navigator program from the SBA focused on providing SBA services to underrepresented entrepreneurs in our area. This $1 Million grant helps strengthen our partnership with local organizations. The funding also helped us hire business advisors that belong to the underrepresented populations we\'re trying to serve.
