I am currently Challenging Today to Reinvent Tomorrow as an HR Operations Partner with Jacobs Solutions. I have experience in high-volume recruitment, executive search and strategic staffing solutions. Additionally, I hold dual degrees in marketing and HR management from the University of South Carolina, where I graduated with leadership distinction and a minor in French. Recently, I completed a Master\'s of Human Resources at Utah State University where I served as cohort President. I\'m passionate about people development, leadership, and utilizing my skills in problem-solving and process improvement to add value to the teams I am a part of, while also improving employee experience. Personally, I am a musician and an avid sports fan. I love getting out into nature, spending time with loved ones and my dog Lennon.
