Experience
Senior Bim Specialist
Dec 2022 — Present · Denver, CO, US
VDC/BIM lead on 4 hyperscale colocation data center programs - clients include a Fortune 500 global cloud provider, a leading hyperscale colocation developer, a national data center operator, and a next-generation colocation developer - spanning programs up to 600 MW across multiple buildings, including a 210 MW individual COLO currently entering SD/DD. Sole Revit modeler on multiple programs; supporting specialist on 6+ additional owner and lease data center projects.• Delivered full-lifecycle BIM documentation across SD, DD, CD, Bulletins, DRBs, RFIs, and Record Drawings - coordinating Telecom, Security, AV, Wi-Fi, and DAS systems against 5+ simultaneous trade models (MEP, structural, civil, architectural, fire).• Resolved a critical coordination conflict during active construction: electrical busway tap boxes above server rows conflicted with multi-tier cable trays on a live COLO campus, blocking 4 additional COLOs. Led multi-week clash analysis and coordination meetings; responded at short notice and drove the team to a buildable solution. Engineered a cable tray routing solution that was built in the field. Recognized in writing by the client\'s Design Manager as invaluable - solution implemented quickly with minimal project impact.• Implemented Revit add-in workflows linking security devices to door IDs - enabling automated schedules, real-time cross-model change tracking, and accurate material takeoffs.
