Standardize and streamline student placement process systemwide, working with closely with hospital and school administration.Manage and track execution of clinical affiliation agreements and memorandums of understanding, in collaboration with the legal department, RWJBH sites and academic partners.Assist the Director of Simulation with planning and conducting interprofessional simulation, and collection and analysis of simulation data. Planned, designed, and opened a regional simulation center that supports collaborative learning across all campuses and health professions. Oversee student nurse externship program, which places over 100 nursing students into full-time summer employment working alongside nurses in all clinical specialties across the system. Provide skills education to new nursing staff at regional orientation session and foundations of nursing programs, ensuring consistency is maintained in the onboarding of over personnel each year.Support nurse educators and administrators with the role out of a system wide learning management system, including eLearning course design / implementation and first line technical assistance.
