I was recently promoted to Senior Product Sales Advisor within the B2C sector, where I continue to support and advise individual clients. In this new role, I now have access to a wider range of products, allowing me to offer more tailored solutions based on each customer’s needs. My responsibilities include providing expert product guidance, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up. I also support the wider team with product knowledge and contribute to overall sales performance and client satisfaction.
