GMS/GSMC Technical Coordination & Support• Support troubleshooting efforts working closely with L1 and L2 teams as well as external stakeholders.• Participation of weekly meetings with several stakeholders for the GMS/GMSC L2L3 maintenance service planning. • Coordination with GSOp L2L3 team and internal review of the required L2L3 GMS/GSMC documentation and the respective Milestones.• Preparation of the SPO technical proposal Incident & Problem Management• Manage and coordinate the relevant teams for resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal service disruption to Galileo users.• Leading SPO/TASF management Meetings with external stakeholders acting as an interface (e.g. L2 TSP team in TAS-F) for SDT incident resolution on the TSP platform.GMS/GSF v2 and v3 Maintenance• Co-ordinate and plan several activities for achieving project milestones conveying the relevant information to EUSPA.• Participate in technical reviews and meetings related to Galileo mission operations and infrastructure and supporting the relevant L2L3 maintenance processes.System Monitoring & Reporting• Provide technical documentation and updates to stakeholders.• Generate regular reports on system status, Milestone status and GMS/GSMC Maintenance release implementation status.• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes and GMS/GSMC maintenance activities.• Contribute to regular technical reports for senior management, highlighting system performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.Coordination & Communication• Coordinate with external partners (EUSPA, L1, GSOP L2 team), subcontractors (TAS-F), and service providers to resolve technical issues efficiently.• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding L2L3 maintenance activities. Ensure all activities within the GMS/GMSC domains comply with relevant space industry regulations, standards and processes.
