I am Evangeline, an MSc Human Resource Management student at Lancaster University (UK) with a strong interest in HR and analytics-driven roles. I have completed HR internships where I gained practical exposure to candidate screening, basic HR operations, and documentation.My academic background in BA History and a Diploma in Data Analysis has strengthened my analytical thinking, and I am interested in exploring how data can support better HR decision-making.I have also contributed as an Academic Representative and Student Ambassador, which helped me build communication and leadership skills.
