Over the past five years, I’ve partnered with senior leaders of large, complex organizations to design and implement high-visibility initiatives that drive transformation while strengthening culture, engagement, and leadership. My experience includes ERP and operating model transformations, organizational culture and values transformation, stakeholder and communications strategy, and program governance. I manage multiple workstreams, advise senior stakeholders, and bring a strong project management and analytical foundation, reinforced by my PMP certification. Beyond client work, I’m deeply invested in leadership and team development, building high-performing teams and creating spaces where people can bring their whole selves to work.
