Building the new introduced Cat Telehandler Cab Area.Key Responsibilities- Assembly Tasks: Follow standard procedures to safely and accurately assemble parts using hand/power tools and lifting equipment- Flexibility: Work across various stations and step in for absences when needed, and present morning safety brief in front of the Team- Training: Coach Assembly Technicians and Apprentices to ensure adherence to standard work instructions, Providing a good start for new learners by spreading safety and quality work culture- Continuous Improvement: Participate in dialogues to improve processes and products while utilizing Caterpillar Production System ( CPS )principles- Leadership: Cover the Team Leader role when required- Raising AQE, Rectifying Defects, Sorting Materials, Ordering parts from logistics, Raising issues with PQC- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and safe, following 5S and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) practices- Taking initiative of quality and safety concerns and improvements.
