Advise, challenge, and empower student leaders on the College Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and Multicultural Greek Council, assisting them in creating a safe, successful, and inclusive FSL community-Supervise an Assistant Director, Administrative Assistant (through February 2020), and two Graduate Assistants in order to create a welcoming environment where all of our students can flourish-Work with the FSL team to create an overarching vision of fraternity and sorority life at the University of Dayton, in order to build a strong, safe, and inclusive community for our 22 chapters, using Social Change and Social-Ecological frameworks-Collect key data points for assessing chapters so as to show growth in the areas of academics, service and philanthropy, leadership, membership, and safety through the Chapter of Excellence Assessment Program-Advise a portfolio of NIC, NPC, NALFO, and NPHC chapters to help them grow as leaders and set expectations for their chapter members, and their respective communities-Plan and execute Expansion and Extension protocols for NIC, NPHC, and MGC organizations-Serve on the Special Interest Housing Committee to provide guidance on fraternity and sorority legacy housing and ensure fairness in the university-wide housing process-Implemented a required hazing prevention module for all members and incoming new members in order to provide baseline knowledge on identifying and preventing hazing, as well as understanding University policy and the laws of the State of Ohio. Later expanded to all students, faculty/staff advisers, and volunteer advisers as part of compliance with Collin’s Law, The Ohio Anti-Hazing Law-Participated in the creation of the NPHC Legacy Terrace and Monuments, the first project of its kind at a Non-HBCU in the State of Ohio.
