My focus is on delivering efficient, scalable solutions that empower mortgage lenders and investors, ensuring our platform remains ahead of industry needs through continuous innovation and user-focused improvements.Core Features:• Fund Management: Streamlined management of pooled investments, distributions, and disbursements.• Payment Processing: Automated payment methods, including ACH, debit, lockbox, check, and alternatives.• Credit Reporting: Soft and hard credit pulls with risk ratings and reporting to credit agencies (Metro2).• Trust Accounting: Management and reporting of trust accounts, ensuring fiduciary compliance.• Complex Loan Support: Supports virtually any loan type or structure, including participation loans, syndication loans, ARM loans, graduated term mortgages, and custom setups.• Comprehensive Reporting: Detailed financial and performance reports for all stakeholders.• Compliance/Regulatory: Aids in adherence to lending laws, including DRE reporting, and minimizes risk.• Document Management: Secure storage and intelligent generation of loan docs.• Escrow Administration: Management of escrow/impound accounts, including tax and insurance tracking.• Taxes & E-Filing: Seamless generation and e-filing of IRS 1098s & 1099s.• Portals: Secure, user-friendly portals for borrowers, lenders, and investors.
